Three sizes, all of them standard, all of them the same proportion. Whichever you pick, the picture is the same picture — only bigger.

Picking one
The usual mistake is going too small. A poster wants to fill roughly two thirds of the width of whatever it hangs over — a sofa, a bed, a console table. Measure that piece of furniture and take two thirds of it, and you will land on the right size more often than by eye.
A quick way to be sure: cut a sheet of newspaper to size and tape it to the wall for a day. It costs nothing and it settles the argument.
Hung alone, 50 × 70 cm reads as deliberate where A3 can read as an afterthought. In a group of three or more, A4 and A3 mix well and the eye reads the arrangement rather than the individual sizes.
Frames
Frames are not included. All three are standard sizes sold everywhere — IKEA, Granit, any framing shop — so you will not need anything made to order.
If you frame with a mount, buy the frame one size up and a mount cut to your poster: an A3 poster in a 50 × 70 frame with a mount looks considered in a way the bare frame does not.
The paper
170 gsm uncoated matte, printed with pigment inks. Heavier than a magazine page, thinner than card. It has a slight tooth to it and no shine, so it holds colour without throwing lamplight back at you.
Each design is made at 5:7, which is exactly the 50 × 70 proportion. A4 and A3 are a hair narrower, so they lose about a millimetre and a half from each edge — nothing that touches the picture.
