These terms govern your use of ateliermolly.com and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Atelier Molly, a sole trader based in Sweden. Contact: hello@ateliermolly.com. The store runs on Shopify. Orders are printed and shipped by our print partner, Gelato.
Products
We sell paper art prints in three sizes: A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) and 50 × 70 cm. Frames are not included.
Product images show the poster framed and hung in a room so you can judge scale. The frame, furniture and setting are illustrative and are not part of what you buy.
No two print runs are identical. Colour may vary slightly between them and will not match a backlit screen exactly. Variation within ordinary printing tolerance is not a defect.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is charged separately, once per order, and is shown in full in the cart before payment.
Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty or local tax on arrival, set and collected by your own country. Those charges are yours.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm it by email.
We may decline or cancel an order — if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Because each poster is printed when you order it, we cannot always change or cancel an order once production has started. Write to us straight away and we will do what we can.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping & delivery.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, Returns & guarantee applies.
Returns and cancellation
Your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and our guarantee on damaged or faulty prints, are set out in Returns & guarantee, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The artwork, images, text and design on this site belong to Atelier Molly and may not be copied, reproduced or sold.
Buying a poster buys you the physical object for private, personal use. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, resell or use the image commercially.
Liability
We are responsible for loss that follows foreseeably from our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, consumers in Sweden may refer it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
